Craig Ferguson is coming to the Historic State Theatre at the end of April. This Scottish-American is a stand-up comedian, writer, actor and currently hosts the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. Ferguson's late night show has been Emmy Award-nominated and her personally was just awarded the Peabody Award this past March.

After not finding the right niche in the Scottish market, Craig Ferguson moved to Los Angeles in 1994 where he scored a role on a short-lived comedy show with Betty White and Marie Osmond. Ferguson finally hit his mark when he was casted onto The Drew Carey Show for a solid seven year run. This success gave Craig Ferguson the launching off point to write his own films, which include The Big Tease, Saving Grace, and I'll Be There.

These three scripts won Craig Ferguson the Audience Award for Best Film at the Aspen, Dallas and Valencia film festivals. Since then, Ferguson has done acting in films such as Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events and How to Train Your Dragon. Ferguson also hosts The Late Late Show which has exploded off the charts, surpassing Jimmy Fallon and David Letterman's ratings.
