Lewis Black

Lweis Black is a famous American comedian, author, playwright, social critic, and actor. Black was born and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland and is described to be a very intelligent man; receiving summa cum laude in high school and his Masters of Fine Arts at the Yale School of Drama. 

Lewis Black's comedic style is described as being very satirical and consist of Black typically simulating a mental breakdown, or an increasingly angry rant, ridiculing history, politics, religion, as well as and cultural trends and phenomena.

Lewis Black has appeared on many different television shows and segments, as well as movioes, including his own show Lewis Blakc's Root of All Evil, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Man of ythe Year, Accepted, and Unaccompanied Minors.

In 2004, Black was voted the 51st of the 100 greatest stand-up comedians of ALL time by Comedy Central.
